Our private, family-run farm has close links to the M3 and M4 motorways, Reading and Basingstoke train stations and Heathrow Airport, making it easily accessible no matter where you're traveling from.

Hampshire Threshing Barn & Hen House
A 400 year old, oak beamed barn. Perfect for small - midsize conferences, team building exercises or workshops.
The Hen House with it’s comfy seating and fully licensed bar, is perfect for welcome drinks, breakout sessions or for round table meetings. There’s also a large courtyard for outdoor working or well deserved breaks. -
The Cow Shed
An open plan, versatile space filled with natural light from the huge windows and doors. Fully air conditioned and ideal for larger conferences, product launches, seasonal parties, workshops, award ceremonies & more!
Within the open plan setting there is a relaxed lounge seating area and fully licensed bar. There is also large outdoor sun trap terrace overlooking the beautiful kitchen garden. -
The Dutch Barn
The Dutch Barn is the ultimate indoor/outdoor barn, with just enough cover to protect from the English weather, whilst being completely immersed by the bucolic surroundings.
The home of our outdoor kitchen with huge bespoke grill, wood fire pizza oven and Kamado Joe for Al Fresco cooking & dining and a little bit of theatre thrown in.

Landscaped gardens and courtyards provide ideal open air meeting opportunities, wellness walks & quiet moments.
The beautiful location, open fields, lakes and woodland also provides a stunning backdrop for photo and film shoots.
We have ample parking, WiFi, PA system, seating and a projector available for your event. There are two fully licensed bars, offering local pours, and flexible catering options.
